Had an amazing time at the hotel - rooms were spacious and modern, and the wifi was fantastic. Would DEFINITELY stay again! the rooms look even better in person.

I stayed at Voco Fiorello - Laguardia East, An Ihg Hotel as a transit point during my travel, and its convenient location just 10 km away from LaGuardia airport made my journey seamless. The hotel's wide range of amenities and perks provided a comfortable stay, with uniquely inspired furnishings and custom artwork in each room, as well as a rooftop garden café ideal for enjoying a strong coffee or a chilled drink with skyline views.

Despite the overall convenience, the attached karaoke bar and thin walls led to some noise at night, impacting the overall tranquility of the stay. the carpet was noticeably dirty, and the absence of fitted sheets on the mattress was a minor discomfort.

overall had relaxing stay for family vacation. the buffet breakfast was above average: cereal and muffins. the hotel's location was marvellous, really close to shops, supermarkets, eating places.

We had a nice 2 nights stay. We loved hotel's nice lobby. Location : the property was close enough to food outlets, Penn Station, Big Shopping Centers such as Target/TJ Max/Wholesale Shops and restaurant and also has full bus conneectivity: )

It's stunningly beautiful place to stay 1 mile away from Mcfadden's Citi Field.

The Hotel was very cosy and the facilities are great. The room is convenient, we have a wonderful night stay. They have a wide alley that you can freely walkabout. The coffee in the Lobby is great. The rooms were very nice and the fact that there was a crib available was a definite plus. The staff was so nice and helpful. Close to the airport, perfect for one night stay. Free shuttle to the airport. Room was spacious and the water pressure in the bathroom was pretty strong. Love it! Unlimited supply of hot water at the lobby. Relaxation options like karaoke and a leisure/TV room added to the family bonding. The nearby Flushing Bay Promenade and Park, Kingsland Homestead, and Queens Botanical Garden provided lovely opportunities for exploration.

The 2:30 reception was great! Our flight had been delayed but we were still able to check in with difficulty . The checkout at 11am was very pleasant here to make up for the lack of sleep.

The hotel was unique with superbly friendly staff members and a karaoke bar. The buffet breakfast was good hot and consisted of cereal and muffins.

All good — I loved my stay — food was good and my bed was extremely comfy. In addition, the parking was onsite.

The hotel had a great rooftop lounge for entertainment, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The rooms were clean and the facilities were top-notch.

Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior guests was outstanding, with easily navigable corridors, well-lit spaces, and helpful staff to assist with any needs.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people by hoping for more attentive assistance from the children of the staff.

Clean, well-equipped room: TV set, café, hair dryer, iron. Place well communicated, bus stop directly by the hotel. One change from bus to metro to Manhattan. In a short distance of about 300m there is TARGET supermarket.

The location in Queens is a bit distant from New York's attractions, but there are good public transportation options if you don't want to use a car in the city's traffic chaos. It's a bit expensive for the basic services it offers.

This offbeat hotel is part of a complex of Asian restaurants and entertainment. We stayed here twice to be close to family in Queens. The hotel was super clean and had a modern look. The staff, especially Jimmy at the front desk, was kind and helpful. They even helped us extend our stay during a difficult time. The free parking, enclosed for added security, was a plus. The rooms were clean and allergy-friendly, with comfy beds. The location was easy to find and close to dining options. a wonderful stay.

Every morning, I indulged in the complimentary buffet breakfast with a picturesque view of Manhattan. The spread had me feeling like I was at a fancy brunch, and the scenic backdrop made it even better. It was the perfect way to start each day with a touch of luxury.

you can't tell it's a hotel. entrance can easily be mistaken and it stinks from the entrance to the lift.

staff was friendly and helpful. entrance was a bit hard to find. with uber from newark airport we paid about 85 dollars. taxi would have cost 135, the rooms were good. beds very comfortable. the bus stopped in front of the hotel, you have to get off once. trip takes about 40-60 minutes (use express train at rush hour times) to manhattan and costs 2... 75 per person per way. nearby there is a supermarket with pharmacy and a mc donalds, hotel price for new york was unbeatable at our booking, we would book it again at that price...

breakfast, as many have said before, takes getting used to. who attaches importance to an extensive and varied breakfast is out of place here. we were aware of this and were satisfied with coffee, tea, bagel, scrambled eggs and toast on plastic plates and cutlery. we were only here for 4 days and did not stay long for breakfast. bar, where breakfast is served, was just renovated during our stay. if the weather is fine, you can surely have breakfast outside on the big terrace with a view to manhattan... thus, those who are looking for a cheap accommodation in new york and do not look so closely and anyway only come to the hotel for sleeping, i would recommend it. staff was really helpful and nice... we are two adults with two children.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Queens, which was conveniently located near the bus line that goes directly to the nearest subway station. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit all the popular attractions. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff provided great service and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel had a nice view of the surrounding area.

The rooftop views were stunning and provided a beautiful backdrop for our romantic escape. the buffet restaurant on the 4th floor was absolutely awesome and offered a variety of delicious options.

The shower was incredibly slippery, which was a safety concern for us. Additionally, our 2-year-old was able to climb up to the window shelf and open it, which was really scary.

The staff, especially Kevin, was very helpful and friendly. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was heavenly. the location was central to city attractions, making it convenient for exploring different areas. the breakfast was tasty, offering typical American favorites. the beautiful view from the roof where breakfast was served added to the enjoyable atmosphere. the staff was always attentive to my needs, making me feel welcome and valued.

cell phone is absolutely necessary to take advantage of the shuttle service (from the airport). is not practical when we are not coming from the US. Then, while the reception desk confirmed that I could have a shuttle service upon my arrival no matter what time, person at the reception desk told me that the service ended at 11:00 pm and that it was over for the day (it was 11:15 pm). She wanted me to take a taxi even though I had chosen this hotel for the free shuttle (among others). After several minutes of negotiations, I got the shuttle as agreed. Finally, once again before my arrival, person at the front desk told me that I would be entitled to a lunch (bagel, fruit) even though I was leaving very early, was not the case. I am disappointed since I took the trouble to inform myself before booking the hotel and information I received was incorrect.

During my business trip to New York, Voco Fiorello - Laguardia East, An Ihg Hotel was chosen by my director, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. The modern and elegant ambiance of the hotel immediately impressed me, and the staff's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of meetings. The full-service spa was a delightful sanctuary, and I treated myself to a rejuvenating massage, which was just what I needed after a busy day.

Except for what I've just lamented at the top, the rest is perfect.

It's very difficult to find the reception, there's no orientation! There is also no special arrangement for people who have paid for breakfast and following their early morning flight, leave the hotel before 6:30 am.

During my stay at Voco Fiorello, I was impressed by the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The rooms were well-designed and soundproof, providing a peaceful environment. the non-smoking policy was strictly enforced, ensuring a fresh and pleasant atmosphere.

While my overall experience was excellent, I did notice a slight lingering smell of smoke in the non-smoking room. This was a minor inconvenience, but it could be improved to ensure a completely smoke-free environment for guests.

delicious waffles at breakfast. good location with bus connection directly in front of the door. 1 hour drive to all interesting sights. we didn't mind and we were well on our way by bus and subway. nice roof terrace with a super great view. clean rooms and nice staff. in the house is an asian restaurant, we did not visit it. room seemed new renovated and was quite clean. bathroom was always very clean and there were always fresh towels. in the room was a fridge.

unfortunately the whole building looks very run down. breakfast room is in a partly renovated condition. unfortunately there are only plastic dishes, is so common in the usa. breakfast room was apparently a bar. it is a pity that it is not open in the evening as a bar. unfortunately there are also no restaurants nearby. one has always approx. one hour driving time up to the center.

The karaoke bar in the basement was loud until 4:00. But on request we were allowed to move to the 2nd floor.

The Fiorello was a real scene, boasting epic hot dogs that hit the spot after a day of city wandering. The staff were aces, going above and beyond. The location was primo - Times Square practically on the doorstep!

Sure, they towed my car on Saturday 12th , but hey, they sure got their act together and sorted it out. The noise at night was like a city symphony, and the breakfast was budget-friendly.

Everything was fine except for the weird smell in the lobby and bad breakfast.

I recently stayed at Hotel De Point for a few days and had a great experience. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with friendly staff available for any needs. The hotel provided a comfortable stay with brand new facilities and clean rooms. the staff were friendly, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, the location and entrance of the hotel could be confusing and may need better signage to improve guests' experiences.

I had a great stay at this venue! The location may not have been the most desirable, but it was really close to the subways which was perfect for my trip. I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Flushing, Queens. It was a great value for money and the overall space was very nice. the hotel, Voco, had comfortable bedding, plenty of storage space, and even provided a crib for my convenience. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the Chinese buffet on the top floor was a hit with my friend from Shanghai, who approved of their authentic cuisine. the breakfast was light and delicious, and I appreciated the mini fridge and coffee maker in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Firstly, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent location within easy reach of subways. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive to detail, ensuring that the rooms were kept neat and the bathrooms were in excellent condition. Lastly, the comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep, and the breakfast with a nice view overlooking the city was a wonderful way to start the day.

voco was so clean and close to everything. the staff was friendly and they even organized a car service for us when we had an early flight. the hotel de point was surprisingly affordable and the rooms were huge and spotless. their staff is so helpful and they allowed us to check in early. totally recommend.

The room at Voco Fiorello - Laguardia East was so cozy and modern! The Keurig coffee maker and plush bedding made me feel right at home. The custom artwork added a special touch, and the complimentary wifi was a game-changer for me.

I wish there were more storage space, but that's just my personal preference.
